NOT REFUND OF FAILED TICKET

I have the honour to state that on 21.06.2012 while I was tried to book 01 E tickets on 21.06.12 vide my IRCTC login id "balantheni" for journey to be performed on 14th July from Gwalior to Chennai Central and choose the option for book my E ticket only if one lower berth is available consequently on the screen i have showed the message that "your ticket can not booked as you choose the option atleast 01 lower berth is available and questioned do you wish to continue press yes or press no. I was never wants to book the ticket without 01 lower berth so that i pressed no button on the screen but i have charged Rs. 513/- from my SBI account (A/C No.31155600386) vide transaction ID No.0515936600 after that i was booked another ticket for the same destination vide PNR No. 2565368657 for journey to be performed on 15th July from Gwalior to Chennai Central as per Transaction ID 051594 6241 and paid Rs.513/- through my SBI ATM. But i have not received my amount of Rs.513/- in my account which was deducted wrongly for the previous unbooked ticket. Hence please refund my amount of Rs.513/- in my SBI Account as soon as possible. i shall be thankful to you sir/ madam.
