I am a Airtel broadband user from last 5 months. But due to so personal problem i have shifted from one aparment to another Apartment in same place in Secretariat colony Darga Papullaguda Hyderbad. I called and informed to the Airtel Customer care 040-44444121 and rasied a request to shift my connection on 12th may. But Its still pending. I can understand that some bricks and sand are there and Airtel not able to dig on one side because other side they have to dig 10 meters more. I am calling customer care like anything and they are simply avoding and not giving any update. I am ready to disconnect this connection but they are not accepting that . getting frustrated day by day...
