Dear Sir,

Re: Airtel No.03340663034, A/C No.15828752

This is to inform you that I have applied for the above Postpaid Airtel DSL line on 2nd June under “Browser 699” Scheme (Unlimited) by payment of Rs.1, 000/- (Rupees One thousand only) by Cash under your Form/Receipt No. TK0041003 04492 (Form C3) towards “One time hardware charges & Installation charges” through your representative Mr. Mahesh Singh (9163358417) and the same has been installed on 5th June at my above premises.

But it is regretted to note that today on 15/06/10 I have received your Bill No. 184093586 dtd. 9th June for Rs.601=25 for the period 08/05/10 to 07/06/10 wherein you have again charged Rs.500/- towards installation charges. Please note that when I have already paid installation charges then why I will again pay the same. I think your billing department has wrongly charged the same. It is very much disappointed the very first bill against the above Airtel line is made wrong.

As such you are requested to kindly look into the matter immediately and rectify the above bill and send me a fresh Bill to enable me to deposit the exact figure within its due date.

Your kind co-operation in this regard will be highly appreciated.
