Not attending the complain/no complain numbe

Dear Sir,

I have been a customer of Airtel Meghbela Internet since July (User Id: soma_bccn) under the BCCN cable networking agency at Nonachandanpukur, Barrackpore. Initially the service rendered by them was absolutely satisfactory. Now since last 6 months, the service provided by both the agencies i.e at Meghbela Customer service (03340401100) and BCCN cable network (03332958764) is unsatisfactory. At times BCCN cable network is not recharging the package inspite of repeated calls. It is matter of fact that my accumulated balance of about 300 MB in the package had expired due to their fault. This was intimated to Meghbela customer service, but of no avail. The complains lodged at Meghbela customer service is not giving any complain number. In this regard, I would like to bring to your notice that a complain was lodged at Meghbela customer for slow internet on 15 Sep 2011 at about 2000 hrs. Niether any complain number was given nor any body has attended to it.

You are therefore requested to initiate action against the defaulters not caring for the customers.
