Not providing temporary number or colloquially

Sir,

I have purchased on Bajaj Pulsar 150 CC UG - Black, from Authorised Service Centre for BAJAJ Auto Ltd. Its full address is

New Country Motors

61/A, Ghoshpara Road, Ghushipara, Barrackpore

(N) 24 Pgs., Kolkata - 700120

and its Proprietor is Dinesh Agarwal.

On purchase i asked him to provide me the Temporary number for the vehicle . but he is refusing to give me, rather he keep on saying me that there is no temporary numberr for two vehicle.

Keeping this in mind i searched on google and find that there is something called temporary number which is issued As soon as a vehicle is purchased, the dealer of the vehicle issues a temporary licence sticker known colloquially as a TR (To Register) number. This is valid for one month.

Please suggest what shoould i do???
