Sir/Madam,

I am a permanent customer of BAJAJ PULSAR 150 from I have purchased my very first bike on 7 april (BAJAJ PULSAR 150) and with the deep of my heart I recommended it to all of my family members, colleagues, relative, neighbors and all of my circle.

It was really a great bike of ever made by BAJAJ.

After a satisfactory experience of 4 years I bought my 2nd Bike BAJAJ PULSAR 150 in and I really felt the same comfort and reliability with trust of BAJAJ.

The DTSI BAJAJ PULSAR 150 was amazing and really great.

With the same trust and reliability I bought my 3rd bike BAJAJ PULSAR 150 on 22 Oct. 2010 with the same expectation and blind faith over BAJAJ but from the deep of my heart I need to inform you that this time I really feeling betrayed from BAJAJ because all of my expectation of comfort of driving, base on road, pulsar hardness, strong body.

I am really disappointed with this new BAJAJ PULSAR 150 model, this bike washes all the faith of BAJAJ. I feeling betrayed.

I need your kind attention over it and do replace it or find any other option otherwise i'll take a legal help against BAJAJ.

This is with the reference of (CR no. 57088 and CR no. 57172)

Two days ago, I locked two complaints against disappointment and unsatisfaction of BAJAJ PULSAR 150cc. (CR no. 57088 and CR no. 57172)

With CR no. 57088, Mr. Reddy called me and after heard my problem he said "I can't do anything in this rgrds. Make an another complaint."

I locked an another complaint with CR no. 57172. this time Mr. Deepak saini has caled me and gave some ridiculas example he said "Sir I am from village, earlier wheat used to come good now it is worst, to whom should I complain". These ridiculas examples are not expected from BAJAJ

Still after these unsatisfactory discussions, just now I got two msgs from BAJAJ that "Action Taken for (CR no. 57088 and CR no. 57172), Action Taken Resolved"

Even after I am not satisfied how come my case set to resolved. If this time my unsatisfactory does not meet to satisfaction I will take a legal action against BAJAJ and will send a consumer court notice to BAJAJ with all these super examples and customers feedback.

If you people do not know how to make bikes and still selling them in markets, you should stop it.

I bought BAJAJ PULSAR 150cc UP 85 Z 5929 on 22 oct and after 3 days there was a leakage in the gear box, as I reported it to "M/S Khandelwal Bajaj Mathura" and asked for make it correct, the concern person said "tumhe kaun si gayia (cow) kadni hai jo jaldi kar rahe ho" I waited there for 1 hrs, useless time waste. As the eng. checked it out there, the gear box seal has been broken. it took more 2 hrs again.

After 2 days the Meter was not working i again went to M/S Khandelwal Bajaj Mathura and reported there this time no gave me attention and I complaint to the owner Mr. Anshul Khandelwal there for this, after that my problem got solved after 2 days of waiting.

I just want to know why should I bought new pulsar, for these time waste. Am I free or I just bought pulsar to waste time and hear these ridiculas words in M/S Khandelwal Bajaj Mathura.

if you understand my problem please help me to out of this because this time really BAJAJ made me irritation.

Further assistance would be appreciated.
