Hello My name is Ishan. I live in Muzaffarpur Bihar. My BSNL Exchange is Ratwara.
I am a customer of BSNL Data one boadband internet connection.
In first month I got a good internet speed of around 150 kbps in january.
I was using 500 Combo Home plan and was satisfied with the service.
I upgraded to the plan of 750 Unlimited Plus. Around three days Everything went fine but after that one ay I saw my internet connection sudenly reduced to around 30 kbps. I complained to Ratwara many a times but to vain. They always keep me moving between two no.s 0621-2276965 and 0621-2279999.
once they gave me the no.2229996. I complained there too but in vain.
Please Help me and Solve my problem.
