Shifting of Telephone no. 033-24456642

Dear Sir,

I have applied for shifting of my Telephone No. 24456642 on 18/03/09 vide your Behala Telephone Exchange docket no.97533.

Again I have made a request through website vide Docket No. SHTA00370 dt. 30/03.

Till date the telephone has not been shifted to my new address at 88/4, Kalipada Mukherjee Road, Kolkata -700008.

Please let me know why it is so much late for shifting of a telephone.
