My name is Naveen Kumar. Iam using BSNL Broadband services. Line is frequently disconnecting. Iam hardly able to use the services for 2 to 3 days in a month. They are taking the full money but not providing the minimal services..Inspite of raising number of complaints no action has been taken till date. Kindly requesting you to take some severe action on this people. Kindly do the needful.
