This is to inform to all bsnl customers as well as bsnl senior executives attached with bsnl that i have prepaid mobile connection and the number is 919457364566 and bsnl is deducting unnecessary amount from my account like automatically sending caller tone facility and deduct amount.i recharge for Rs 50 and they deduct Rs 30 from it.when call to customer service number 919412024365 nobody give response.uneducated people are working.im going to take this to high level for sure or else i want bsnl to take step on that issue.
