The post office are supposed to Open at 9 AM, When I contacted the Vijay Nagar Post office at Indore Mr R.K.Jain post master told me that it opens at 9 but shall start at 9.15, Tell government.
He does not have any complaint book at the post office
He was vulgar in bahavior and indcent
What public should do
I could send one Speed post at 9.21 and missed my bus at 9.30, who is repsonsible, i suffred a loss of Rs 1000 Can i recover from Mr R.K.jain
