with due respect i want to say that i Shubham shukla got a message from the no.9417099997 that i have been charged Rs 7.when i am calling to bsnl toll free no 1503, they said that our work in updation so call us on after 30 april.when i call him on 1 may they said call us on after 5 may .when i call on 8 may they telling call us on after 13 may.they can cut my balance Rs 14 over all. THEY ARE NOT TAKING ANY ACTION WHAT CAN I DO .my mobile no is 9453945364.
