Dear sir,
Our landline connection Internet broadband connection with BSNL is dead from last 15 days, i unable to connect to the Internet. I called to customer services 1500, 040- 23083434, 198 but no response and also meet with then in their office they assure that it will be restore in 2 days but still its 16 days completed, i lost 16 days when matter comes to billing, i need to pay full month bill.
If you can help in this matter, Kindly please do the needful.
