Unfortunatly, for the first time I decided to book the tickets for Fame Cinemas, Forum Value Mall, Bangalore.
I booked 6 online tickets for Sunday, Aug 02, for me and my family. I booked the tickets for Forum Value Mall-Fame cinemas, but to my surprise they booked the ticket for the Lido mall-Fame cinemas. When I reached the Forum Value Mall, the Manager tells that the show is cannot be transferred to Forum Value mall - Fame cinemas and I need to go to the Lido mall to collect my money back. On my way to Lido mall, the manager from Lido mall called me and told that as he will not be able to refund my money as he was not able to sell the tickets. On calling the manager from Forum Value mall, he did not responded.
What a pathetic way, which they call as customer service.
I would request all the users of the site. Kindly do not use the site to book the show in Fame cinemas. You might end up booking a show in some other movie hall.
Also, for the technical team of Fame, kindlly check your online booking systems thouroughly before launching the same, else you might face such issues again and loose your clients.
