Second year coupens didn't receive till date

I suraj from mumbai Central would like to inform you that i have subscribed for Hindustan times newspaper for Two year.

we already gave full payment to hindustan times for these two years.

I had receive the coupens for the first year. but for the second year coupens we were not receive till date. every time when i call at hindustan times call center (No. is 02267764242) customer care executives give me false hope against my complain. some were around i gave them call about 8-10 times but every time as usual false assurance...
