Recently I had applied for home loan which was rejected by one of the PSU bank on a/c of some previous home loan default showing in my name. Interestingly on producing the no dues from the Bank, my case was cleared.
Since I had fore-closed all the home loans in I am surprised as to why my name is appearing the CIBILs defaulters list.
Can any one guide me how to get the name removed from CBIL defaulter list.
