I had ordered for a Jaipan non stick tawa and fry pan set on July 31st 2008 on Home Shop 18, till date I havent received the product. I even called the courier company - Madhur Couriers and asked about the product, still no use. The courier company did not give a proper response and always asked me to call after 15 min, 30 min and they never found my parcel.
Finally I decided that I don'd want the product now. Atleast Home Shop 18 should refund my money. SAME STORY HERE TOO. They always ask me to call after two days to know the status, when I call then they tell me there is some technical problem going on and I should call after 30 min.
This is the height of frustration now. I paid them online through my credit card. I have lost the money for no reason and I dont have the product too.
