Customer care of 100bestbuy.com seems busy lurking new innocent people because everyone feels cheated and don't want to continue any relationship with 100bestbuy.
I participated in a contest and I was not selected for same product so I deserve my money back, although in form of credit points that could be redeemed by them for future shopping/contest. But they tried to sell an unbranded iPOD that I never ordered saying either you can choose either of three options of them else loose everything.
Why should I choose a product that I have never ordered. Please look into this matter.
