I had applied for my passport in mumbai on the 28-09, file no BOM-B033626-11, police verification complete successfully, after which i was asked to re submit THREE copies of the enclosed personal parti-culars form duly completed alongwith THREE photograph which i did on the 061211,

since then there has been no update, it has been 5 mths now. I had emailed for the status at, [email protected]

pls advise what action to take next
