My name is Mrs. Seema Marwah from Ghaziabad, (U.P.
). I m a customer of ICICI DIRECT since last one year. ICICIDIRECT is one of the worst trading portal which will not be available when you need them. Doing trding using icicidirect in itself is as volatile and risky as stock markets. I made lots of losses due to the problems in their working styles.
today i again made loss as their site get down again around 1.30 and didnt open till 3.30.
customer care executives of icicidirect keep me all time on hold and never ever they provide any solution to my problem. I really feel like an handicapped who is lossing money due to others fault.
I want to compensate my losses incurred due to icici direct site
failure. I request you to guide me in this regard.
