I reside in Villivakkam, My gas connection No 6687, Dealer is Jeevan gas Agency, Reddy street villivakksm. Phone No 26174371. 20 days back I booked for my cylinder and was told that they will supply in 10 days. After 10 days they said that the delivery boys are on leave for Pongal. Now to day 28th a fortnight after pongal and again they say that they didn't get supply from you. They say the production stopped at Indian oil Corporation for the reason well known to them. Now that they kept the phone aside soon they enter the office which say that the phone is temporly out of service. I personally saw that they kept the receiver off the hook to avoid answering. If they can not supply the gas please ask them to surrender the gas agency or if they think that they have lot of clients ask Indane supply to creat one more agency and transfer few customers to them.
Please note that we are seeing good number cyliders meant for home delivery in hotels and road side shopps.
