NEW COOKING GAS CONNECTION

Already 3 month passed, I want to apply for a new connection of Indane Gas but in Bhubaneswar (ALKA GAS) they refused take my application. They are simple saying we have already closed for the new connection. Kindly look at the matter urgently.
