I have airtel net connection with phone no.08413-401047 with account no.14333081 at Plot No.740, Secretariat Colony, Puppalaguda Village, Rajendranagar Mandal, Rangareddy Dist:500075, Andhra Pradesh, when we are in india the panchayat people laid drainage line in our area. In that process the net cable is damaged as per our tenents. I asked them to file a complaint over phone. though they have given complaint, no action was tekn so far. I am returning to india during this month. I, therefore, request you to take immediate action for reconnecting the damaged net cable connection so that i can use it immediately on my return and there will not be any problem in using the internet connection. i have arranged the bill payment during my absence and the payment is made regularly.
