Kolkata service centre not attending within warranty period

I am a customer of Polar fan.

I purchased a Polar Ceiling fan from Shree Ganesh Enterprise, 22B Rabindra Sarani, Shop No. G-13, Kolkata 73, on 24.04.08. It has 2 years warranty.

Till date the fan has malfunctioned three times. In the earlier two times we lodged complaint to their Kolkata service centre over phone and they attended and repaired the fan.

This time again we have lodged a complaint on 02.06.09 at 11 AM (complaint number 1473), but their service centre is sending no one to solve the problem. We have requested them repeatedly but no action has been taken. I am sorry to say that one of their staff has even misbehaved with us. I have contacted their "service in-charge" and he said that he will call us back to state why no action has been taken so far. But he has not contacted us.

In this summer, without a properly working fan, our lives have become miserable. Expecting an early action in favour of a suffering consumer...
