After recieving your Sms details of courier congnment, searched to findout city courier in Cuddalore and I contact head quaters of city courier he explained service centre is in pondicherry only (gave some contact person and mobile nos) and he may deliver after two days
Today morning personally I recieved data cable from city courier pondicherry because service not available in cuddalore (Kondur).

As per inspection and advice from your authorized service centre Accel Frontline pondicherry. I purchased brand New Data cable as you know but new data cable not charging.
After that I try to contact your mobile from morning itself and your voice not clear or sometimes busy tone.
More than one month I am not Using your Brand New mobile Phone
Kindly Replace my Mobile Phone or Repay My money
Kindly Advice us how to Proceed further in this Regards
