I had given an envelope to be delivered to destination at Bangalore. It was sent from Bangalore only on 21-8-09.On checking the web site, I found that it had been delivered on 23-8-09.Hence I checked with the Customer. But he had told me that he had not received. Hence I reported the same to DTDC.But After several communications to them, I got a reply from them that they are investigating the issue. As of date, nothing has happened. In the envelope, I had sent a cheque for Rs = to be delivered to my customer before Aug end. Due to the irresponsibility of DTDC persons, the letter was not delivered.
Hence Pl arrange for refund of my courier charges and pament for the damages suffered by me dueto the loss of this letter.
