I have also not yet received my order (No.000087432, placed on 02-08) for two Polo Club wrist watches till date. Altough a sms have come that my order would be delivered shortly! Meanwhile SBI Card has already charged for the same. And the customer care number (022-4079-1234) is also a kind of fake!! Everytime its busy... is it a fraud? Then we can together protest it through newspapers & SBI ombudsman procedure or whatever. Because SBI Card just by writing few lines can not avoid the responsibility.
I would like to suggest all such affected customers to log on to SBICard.com and follow the complaint/ombudsman procedure & lodge a strong complaint against.
Afterall it is BREACH OF TRUST! It needs to be stoped.
