Non-receipt of re-issue passport

Sir

I have submitted application in File No. HYD/L-002520-09 for reissue of my passport and the status of the application is being shown as -- "Police Report is clear and the passport is expected to be despatched by 17-09. Subject to all documents being in order." in official web site of the passport office. Efforts to contact the office on phone numbers given are in vain since they are totally blocked. Kindly communicate the present correct status of my application and the probable date by which I would be in a position to receive my passport.
