Tata Broadband Service issues

Please note that TTBI are very poor in their customer service and do not have professional / qualified staff to cater to customer complaints.

I first logged a complaint on 3rd Sep and till date (15th Oct) there is no connectivity to the internet. This complaint was closed without resolution and I had logged complaints again on the 19th and 6th.

Being a pre-paid customer Tata have already got the money and do not care is what I would conclude. The height of all the issues is the customer service where the lady in the billing section says that the job of customer service is to read the screen and provide details to their departments for resolution! In which case Tata Broadband can have a website with numbers based on type of issue and each customer can go and find teh solution there. The customer service department can be SHUT OFF and that will save Tata some valuable MONEY AND REPUTATION.
