MY DEVICE STOPPED WORKING FROM 12TH APRIL to 27th April SURPRISINGLY WHAT I HAVE NOTICED IN MY APRIL BILL WAS THAT I HAVE USED THE DEVICE AND CERTAIN MB OF DATA, IT WAS A SHOCK TO ME.HOW COULD THIS HAPPEN? HOW COULD I USE THE DEVICE WITHOUT NETWORK CONNECTION? I SPOKE TO THEIR CALL CENTER GUYS REGARDING THE ISSUE THESE GUYS ARE VERY CLEAR AND TOLD ME THAT I HAVE USED THE DEVICE. HENCE I NOTICED THAT TATA DOCOMO IS MANIPULATING CUSTOMER BILLS.I’M ALSO ENCLOSING THE APRIL MONTH BILL BELOW PLEASE FIND THE DATES MARKED WITH RED COLOUR WHERE MY DEVICE STOPPED WORKING AND TATA DOCOMO BILLED FOR THE SAME

THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE THAT I HAVE EVER FACED IN MY LIFE TIME .EVEN I'M UNABLE TO REGISTER A ONLINE COMPLAINT ON YOUR DOCOMO WEBSITE AFTER FILLING ALL THE DETAILS SUBMIT BUTTON IS DIS APPEARING.DISGUSTING GUYS
