Money deducted but ticket is not booked

Dear Sir / Madam,

Today morning i booked a E-ticket from Vishakhapatnam (VSKP) to Chennai (MAS) through IRCTC. After finishing booking of ticket with my HDFC debit account there was an error accured. Finally i found that the money is deducted from my account but ticket is not booked.

For your info my the ref number of trancation is "302103835", Narration is written as "0097739871-INDIAN RAILWAYS" my HDFC account number is 00821610013828

Please do the needfull to get back my money.
