I applied for my PF account closure on august. My office ISTA HOTEL ULSOOR BANGALORE l says that the form is already submitted in PF office branch. Till date did not receive any kind of response. I called PF office several times, the number hardly gets connected and every time I get connected, I get only one reply stating that the case is still under process...

Can some one let me know whom to contact on this?? Or what is the next step of action??
