Subject- Pf Claim of Pradeep Dabral – A/C no-45074/153
Dear Sir
This the reference regarding My P.F withdraw, I was working with Ananda & Ista Hotel Bangalore with IHHR Hospitality PVT ltd March to August. Company transfer me to Bangalore hotel, and my all P.F fund A/C no-UP/25936/162 Uttaranchal PF office- transfer to Bangalore P.F office in my Bangalore PF A/C no- 45074/153 Office.
I have reigned Ista Hotel Bangalore on 15 August and submitted all the Form 10-C and form 19. Ista HR, send to this form to P.F office in Nov withdrow my PF. The P.F office returns the form to my home address because Father/husband name as per the claim form and office records do not tally.
After this I again filled the form 10 c and 19 and send to Ista hotel Bangalore by DHL
Express currier no-A0052029. And Ista HR again forward to P.F office Bangalore.
Mr. Reji Devasia who looking Ista Pf case, many time I contact him by mail and phone, every time he told me it is on process and will be soon clear your P.F claim.
Sir It is almost 34 month past to my P.F Claim is pending and no any progress this matter .this my more than 10 year service Valuable money which laying in P.F Office Bangalore file. I have also contact following no- P.F office-22238033, 22216596 servile time but there is no reply, there e-mail address don’t work either this is hard-earned money, I have got lots of complaints based on this, no body listen and doing the process. Ista HR told that this between P.F Office & me. Because delay by P.F Office.
What the reason why its delay, either HR Ista checked that Form which I has send they told me no any error and Form has filled all documents and proof, which P.F Office want from me.
Sir this my humble request to you kindly seriously look-in this matter, and do the needful from your end.
