I have invested in Pal Infrastructure- Bhiwadi project. When I need money I have called them for refund. they have issued me the post dated cheques in Sep. 2008 with the date of Oct.2009. But in September they called please give the cheques back as we have closed our account with the bank, we will issue fresh cheques. Than they issue me 06 Nos. cheque all post dated, in the due date I have deposit the cheques but they get bounced.
when i make call to their office their is no proper reply or response from Mr. Samir/ Mr. L.Kumar. They both are telling we are not the concerned person.
Please help me what should i do to get back my hard earn money
