India today book club sent an email to me with the offer "Get 55 pieces Art d'inox Fine Dining Set @ 73% off". On the basis of their information I placed an order (order ID: ID997348010) for this product on October 26 by paying Rs. 6698 online using my SBI credit card. After that, as suggested in their email, I sent several emails to ‘[email protected]’. In the beginning I received some reply as well. But, till date neither the product has been delivered to my postal address nor they have sent any information about the delivery schedule. For about one month, they are not responding to my emails and any call to their telephone number (011- 40502424) is not going through. Under this circumstance, I am seeking your help to get the problem resolved. Details of my communication with them is appended below.
