I was working for Magna infotech and i have applied for the PF withdrawl in 2007 nov but they misplaced my documents. after 4 months that is in march They requested me to resubmit the form. When i said that i cant come down to the office because of my busy schedule, they sent a person who took my signature on the PF form and filled the details and submitted which was later rejected by the PF department because of the incomplete details filled by Miss. Laxmi. She never picked up any call and nor replied to any mails.
Then Ravindra took charge and spoke to me and promised that he will reapply it and see that i will get it within a month..After applying he sent a mail saying "we have applied and its your responsibility to follow up with the PF Department."
The phone in the PF department is either always busy or no one lifts the phone to confirm the status.
I am planning to lodge a complaint against Magna in the consumer forum. If you can join me then we all can lodge a complaint against Magna to take the right action in right time.
