Extra EMI on the name of bank

I booked my swift lxi on 22 oct with a chq of 10, 000 receipt no 18176, i financed the amount of 1, 50, 000 for the hdfc bank which is provided by MARKETING TIMES AUTOMOBILES PVT. LTD. executive all the formalities is done by MARKETING TIMES AUTOMOBILES PVT. LTD. executive.

He told me one EMI is advance & balance 59 will be charged by the bank through ecs dircetely, but i received the schedule from HDFC bank dated 01/12 in which bank is chargeing all 60 emis instead of 59.

I ask this with MARKETING TIMES AUTOMOBILES PVT. LTD. executive, he told me this is bank mistake & he will make it clear in 4-5 days. He already takes the one emi in advance at the time of down payment which i made before the time of delivery.

Till now not action have been takes bye the MARKETING TIMES AUTOMOBILES PVT. LTD.
