Product damaged while purchasing, not replaced by the company

Dear Sir

I had purchased a stress reliever ball costing Rs 50/- from a Planet M store in circular road ranchi. The ball had a bar code label which is common practice among modern retailers. I returned to my home, which is five minutes walking distance from the shop. I removed the bar code label, However to my surprise I found that the ball which was of soft material (May be rexin) had a deep cut ..I immediately went to the store and asked for replacement. However they refused stating that the bar code label has been removed. But I said..I have got the bill. But they refused to replace the same.

Though the value of the material may be less. But I as a consumer deserve better products
