I HAVE MTNL UNLIMITED BROADBAND CONNECTION. I PAY EVERY MONTH 700/ RS TO MTNL BUT I AM NOT ABLE TO USE NOT A SINGLE BIT OF IT.
I AM GIVING COMPLAINS TO CUSTOMER CARE FROM THE TIME I HAVE TAKEN CONNECTION BUT NO BODY HAS BOTHER TO TAKE CARE OF IT. I HAVE SPOKEN TO SEVERAL AREA MANAGER AND HAVE VISITED SANCHAR HAAT SEVERAL TIMES BUT THERE IS NO PROGRESS. ON EVERY THIRD DAY I REGISTER COMPLAIN ON THERE PHONE NO: SOME ONE CALL SAYS " SIR APKA INTERNET SAHI CHAL RAHA HAI" AND DO'NT BOTHER TO EVEN HEAR ISSUE.
THESE SORT OF SERVICE IS NOT AT ALL ACCEPTABLE. KINDLY GUIDE WHAT SHOULD I DO ACCEPT DISCONNECTING THE CONNECTION.
