I have recently got my Gas Connecaion (Indane) transfered from Dwarka to Nangloi (M/s Nangloi Gas Service) My consumer no.36784 and I am a residing at of Flat No.311, Pocket-D, Loknayak Puram, New Delhi. I booked the Gas cylinder on 1st Jan'11 with the agency and since then We are trying to contact the agency for delay in delivery of the cylinder but When ever I try to contact the said agency the phone remains busy and many time they have a endless hold. I have been trying for more than 1 week now over phone continously for status of Delivery but everytime I have told teh it will be delivered today. But it was never delivered. The tel. nos. provided by them (011-25933348, 25948022) remains busy and not answaring, the gas has not been Delivered yet. Now I am afraid that I May have done a mistake by transferring the connection at this Agency and every time I have to face this problem for booking & delivery of gas cylinder.
Kindly look into the matter and ask the distributor to set his system either by fax or e-mail, and have some acknoledgement system to overcome this situation.
