I, A Ravi Kumar, working as UDC in NPDCL/Khammam and I had under gone PTCA due severe heart attack on 15.8.2008 and joined at Spandana Heart care, Khammam, and on the next day shifted to CARE hospital Hyderabad (Nampally) for further treatment. There (3) stents were implanted to me and charges for Rs.2, 66, 714/-. Ourt of 2.66 laks, an amout of Rs.100, 000/- was paid by TTK authorities further my CMD/NPDCL sanction accorded on 10.3.09 for payment of additonal 1, 00, 000/- from the company buffer fund. Accordingly I had submitted the bills and sanction copy to you, but till to date I had not not received any letter or payment from your end and the staff of TTK heathcare services, Hyderabad are not responding even to my phone call also. Being a Heart patient with Tripple vessel cardiac problem I could not move at now.
Therefore, it is requested to arrange the amount immediately.
