Not working totally closed

Dear All

about the videocon product, totaly bad product and service.

service centre only working for money source.

fridge also bad d240 model. atfer six month next showroom replaced.

and

i was purchased this model in december (Next TV 2204)

now totaly closed, not started.

i registered complaint on 15.9.09 in next showroom and visited the service representative on 16.9.09, he told me TV est and transister is out of service. you want to replace 900/-,

why within one and half year your product is out of the working.

please clear this matter otherwise i will complaint to customer centre with police dept.

so humbly reqest to take necessay action because time of fridge service very dirty.
