Espected sir/madam.

I am murtaza abdullah burhanpurwala from nagpur city, maharashtra.

I am here to give the full detail of the whole matter from which i am getting very disturbed so I am writing to u, hope it can be resolved peacefully. i humbly ask u to pls read the full matter from first to last.

I had three mobile no in bohra plan, (combat-II plan-MH).

1) 9890472673, 2) 9766362152, 3) 9860335752.

The very first one is closed by the company because there was a 400 rs unbilled matter which the company denied to give the usage of gprs. As i already activated the 350 gprs monthly rental with unlimited usage including download. the whole matter i had mailed to nodal and 121. but my mobile service was closed. till now i had not paid the 400 rs. beacuse the matter is unsolved yet. I accept to pay but only after my question is cleared and I get the satisfactory answer. If the company wants the copy of that particular mail I can forward it.

I ask the company to see all my bill payment status. I had never been late or have any outstanding bill except 400 rs bill.

Now another matter i enclose here of my mobile no (9860335752).

For this number i had 54, 000 rs outstanding bill. the most of the amount bill is of (GPRS)

Till 26 Feb. this number is temporarily closed.

This 54, 000 Rs bill is of only 4 days when i was in china for 20 days tour.

Before going to china i get an SMS 5 times. Last sms i receved was on 16 feb 09. here is the full sms. (send or receive sms & incoming calls while Roaming Internationally @ just Rs 99/ mth @ Zero Deposit. To act sms ARIRI to 121)

when i recived this sms fifth time i call 121 and clear the matter, i was answered that it is a special offer for u as to activate this service all have to deposit 6500 rs for security.and i can avail this offer as i had receved this sms.

So i go to airtel office and ask them same question. but they ask me for security deposit, I show them the sms offer. they said might u get this offer, try ur luck and activate it. so I sms to 121 on 19-02-09 i received this message (dear customer, the IR & incoming -MH service is already activated on your number. thank you.)

I went to china on 22 feb 09 and my mobile ph service was closed on 26 feb 09, that is 4 days i avail this service.

on my 20 days tour i didn't get any info why my service was closed.

when i came back on march 8 th to india, i started recieving calls on 9766362152 for my outstanding bill. when i ask them pls give me the full detail of ur bill. i saw that i was charged international roaming gprs service.

There r many question running on my mind regarding your offer and service.

1) what u expect from the customer whose credit limit is 2000 rs to 2500 rs, As my first old number 9890472672 was closed beacause of 400 rs outstanding bill though i had already asked the authority not to close my number as i am paying all my bill except 400 rs. but the company didn't listen to me and closed the number.now my question is If company can not bear 400 rs credit to the person whom the company has given 2000 credit limit, how they can avail me this international service so cheap and why they cross the limit. why my number was not closed when my bill crossed 2500 rs. THIS QUESTION I M GOING TO ASK TO THE JUDGE WHEN U WILL TAKE ME TO THE COURT.

2) Because of this offer i activate international roaming, otherwise service is very cheap in local china. I thought what's if i just activate and simply can receive sms and see the miscall. it is the company responsibilty to give each and every detail before giving & activating any service. I too ask on 121, but the answer was not up to detail.

3) I ask same question in main airtel office, answer was why i activated this service when i don't have any details. but i ask the company why the company gave me this offer without full detail. now who will bear the loss.

4) When i raised the question why the company crossed the limit as i have only 2500 rs credit limit, the answer was, the company never bound the limit to foreign customer as they are although away from their relatives and if the company closed that number the customer had to face many problems. I Ask them I was in china for 20 days and my number was closed on 4th day of my trip. I too Face many problems for rest 16 days, do u have any answer for that. the answer was very surprised. they say we can't crossed the limit.??? I think the company get the answer.

5) now the matter has gone to recover agency. and i am getting many calls from them that when i m going to pay the outstanding. today i go to main dharampeth office and write a letter to satya prakash mishra, his number is 9890149967.

i wrote that if the company is ready to start my new number with some better offer i will pay all my dues in installments of 1000 rs monthly. i am asking for better offer beacuse now its two way problem. the company cannot deny that they are not guilty. and the main thing is the company is getting their dues back plus the company is getting back their customer and monthly revenue too. what if i ask for tagless number and 500 bulk sms service with code id. when i put my offer to them i get a call from pankaj sinha mb is 9970275586. he said the company can't give u this offer and u have to pay all the dues now and i m sending two three guys they are capable to collect the money.

I never denied to pay the bill. may it was 400 rs or 54, 000 rs. i don't have the capacity to pay this lumsum amount. so i ask for installment. and if the company will take me to the court i m ready. i will put my question their too, that i have never denied to pay. but the recovery agency are not accepting this. over all the balance amount is recoverd by this offer, then what's the problem. and as i m five year old customer and never get due in any amount then i can ask for this offer, because the manager himself told me that if i m ready to pay the bill we will give u even better offer from this company. and on that basis i quote my offer and payment mode.

one thing i want to clear that recover agency always try to get their commission. they are not interested to solve any customer problem. so i wrote to the company directly. i was told that if i give 3 to 4 thousand amount to the recovery agency they will close my account saying that we had gone to that place but the guy is not available. and this way the chapter can be closed. but i choose to pass my complaint directly to the authority in hope to get good and positive results.

hope all the points i had written will be readed and i m waiting for the positive answer this time.
