I AM WRITING THIS TO BRING TO YOUR NOTICE ABOUT RECKLESS SERVICE FROM ONIDA CUSTOMER RELATION CENTRE, I APPROACHED THE SERVICE CENTER DUE TO MALFUNCTIONING OF WASHING MACHINE . SERVICE EXECUTIVE WAS SENT TO HOME AFTER REPEATED PLEADING AND REPEATED REQUEST, THE EXECTUIVE DID NOT GIVE CORRECT COMMITMENT AND WAS NOT SURE OF RESOLVING THE TECHNICAL DEFECT. HE WAS NOT UNDERSTANDING THE IMMEDIATE REQUIRMENTS AND HE KEPT GIVING ONLY WRONG COMMITMENTS AND TILL DATE MY WASHING MACHINE IS OUT OF USE, NEED YOUR HELP .
