I have purchased 1 Ton split AC two months back from your dealer named NEXT in Chennai - CANARA BANK (Ambattur) which is in Tamilnadu. I am not satisfied with the cooling effect, i have given complaint several times to NEXT, but they did not even send a representative to enquire what the problem is. i have heard from known sourses ONIDA does not have service support. Is this true, i dont want to carry a wrong concept on the company. Can you please do the needful.
