I have recharged with Rs.98 for working on the internet on 30th may as they proposed a pocket internet plan where i can connect my phone to my computer and connect to the internet but they aren't giving me the right settings for this service my recharge is about to end but still they haven't provided me the settings when call the customer care they just say that you will receive the settings my complaint no. is 1*356801902.I now want that they either forward the amount to my call balance or should count the days when i receive the correct settings. I request you to please attend my complaint and act as soon as possible. I will be very thankful to you
