I have ordered for one "Egyptian Ankh" from the website of My Health Wealth and Happiness/ Bethea on dt 11-07 through credit card payment option. During the process, I have not received the purchase order no, but they have taken the payment in two instalments i.e first installment on 11-07 and another on 09-08. Till now, I have not received the material, non of my several reminders got any response. It seems, there is no way to contact them. the given phone no of the merchant seems invalid (phone: (203) 672-0089).
I have stated feeling as a victim of a fraud. Iwould be very much obliged if any body can so me the way to register a consumer complain in this regard.
