Hi I am sameer Hear, I am Just Using airtel Government Card Past 3 Months. MY mob. No. 998688397. My Msg is not sent In last 18 days. I called to the Airtel Customer Care (121). He says I forward To Your Complaint & request no. & Your msg Activate In 24 hours. But Not Activated, I called to daily But same Reply Get. Minimum 15-16 Customer Executives But Nio responce Get. Once a time I go to the Lower Parel Cutomer care, he Also give me A same Reply,
What Can I do Now???
I can Under Stand 1 or 2 days Poor Network But 18 days, I Can Belive This Airtel Customer Care Service.
