Not received the beep airtel to airtel talktime yet

I have Subscribed and downloaded the beep software from airtel live last month and i got the balance of rs 100 airtel to airtel after one week and there after i haven't got airtel to airtel balance for the next month and today i have once again subscribed and it says your beep is already in use so i request to debit the balance to my account as early as possible.
