I feel very bad to say that airtel is providing a worst customer support. When we call the airtel customer service to enquire the bill details and to pay the bill for my brother then are giving a worst support by saying they dont have the proper postpaid customer service number. Please aviod this kind of worst support hence forth.
Kindly train your customer service executives about all the tollfree customer service numbers for both prepaid and postpaid. Surely i will advise none of my friends to take airtel connection also i will disconnect my connection also...
